Kauaʻi Connect

Poʻipū Outer Reef offers a heavy left barrel over very shallow reef, safest on a high tide. A longer, more sloped right can form on the shoulder. Inside the bay are mellower and more popular spots like Lemon Drops and Waiohai, while west of Poʻipū are PKs, Centers, Heroins, and Acid Drop.

All of these waves vary with swell but share a shallow reef bottom and real risk.
