Pakala

Left Point Break
Coral Reef
Overhead+

Pakalas is a long left point break that barrels as it wraps around the south side of the bay. It is fast and powerful, working best on overhead swells. Lower tides make the wave hollower, with a shallow coral reef bottom. On smaller swells, Pakalas is less hollow and offers a mellower ride. Access can be deceptive, as the break isn’t easily visible from the road.
