Program Description: Kaua’i CrossFit is in the heart of Lihue! Keala has recently taken ownership of the business and excited to continue to keep our youth and adult fitness programs at the forefront of serving our community. Our goal is to create positive, healthy communities for the youth with mentors they can trust all over the island and this location does just that through an army of individuals and families pouring into the gym.
