About Kauai Police Activities League (K-PAL): The Kauai Police Activities League (K-PAL) is an organization devoted to developing character, self-discipline and healthy lifestyles among Kauai’s youth. It also seeks to strengthen Police-Community relations. Last year alone, our programs reached over 1,100 youth on our island.
