This hands-on community workday is an opportunity to learn\, connect\, and give back while strengthening our relationship with ʻāina and each other. \nThe event will take place on Sunday\, December 14\, 2025\, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Malaehaʻakoa Heiau. Participants will help restore the area through guided planting and stewardship. Attendees are asked to bring their own shovels and dress for outdoor work. \nDirections: Enter Wailua Marina Road. Waipā is hosting our second annual ʻĀina Festival on Saturday\, May 3rd\, from 11am to 4pm at Halulu Fishpond in Waipa\, located a half-mile past Hanalei Town. It’ll be a wonderful day of live music\, ‘ono food\, and cultural activities\, to celebrate everything ʻāina! It’ll also feature local artisans\, crafters\, hands-on keiki activities and a waterslide\, too. This is a fundraiser for Waipā Foundation and local entrepreneurs\, so gate fees ($10 general\, $1 keiki) and your purchases support our collective work!
