DESCRIPTION:Kauai residents and visitors are invited to come to our Open House and celebrate National Public Health Week with us!\nLearn about the wide variety of services and careers available in public health and how you can get involved by joining us on Friday\, April 11. Our programs employ 120+ individuals on Kauai in jobs from disabilities case managers\, nurses\, mental health professionals\, food safety inspectors\, epidemiologists\, community health workers\, microbiologists\, and more. DOH staff will be available to share their work and talk about how we can work together to identify and address public health issues \nThe event is FREE and open to the public.\nIf you need an auxiliary aid/service or other accommodation due to a disability\, contact KDHO at (808) 241-3495 and Ray.Ho@doh.hawaii.gov as soon as possible.
