Families gather to make songpyeons as a communal activity rooted in Korean culture. \nThis delicate dessert is gluten-free. Ingredients include Fresh Rice Flour\, Salt\, Water\, Honey\, Sesame Seeds\, Brown Sugar\, and Sesame Oil. \nShana Lee is a Korean American born and raised in Hawai’i. Her journey with Korean desserts began when she first tasted baekseolgi\, a fluffy and chewy steamed rice cake.
