All areas of home canning safety will be covered along with the jam-making process from washing and hulling to testing for doneness to jarring and storing. This is a hands-on class and at the end\, everyone will depart with 2 jars of freshly made Strawberry Jam. Please note that we pride ourselves in making and teaching no pectin-added\, low-sugar preserving. this style of jam-making is both science and art-based.
