DESCRIPTION:E Kanikapila Kākou 2025  \nOUTRIGGER Kaua‘i Beach Resort and Spa  \nTheme: “Music Heals” & “Hawaiian Music Traditions”  \nMonday Nights – 6:00 – 8:30 pm\, through March 24; Doors open at 5:00 pm \nWeek 2\, February 10: “THE MUSIC WITHIN” Kapaʻa Middle School Choir & ʻUkulele Band with Mary Lardizabal & Loke Sasi \nMary Lardizabal\, director of Kapaʻa Middle School Choir and ʻUkulele Band\, celebrates 30 years of enriching the lives of middle school students with her non-stop program of music education and community programs which culminated annually in their participation in the WorldStrides Music Festival. The award-winning group represents the island of Kaua’i bringing their culture to the festival in Anaheim\, California in March. \nAssisted by the dynamic Loke Sasil\, their EKK performance will be accentuated with cameo performances by alumni members who today are continuing their love of music.  This will be an evening of local style music of all genres. Enter the first gated area on your right\, a bit closer to the ballroom entrance than the dirt entrance\, and turn into that gated area. Press a button to make the gate rise\, collect a ticket issued by the machine and hold onto it. Get it validated just inside the ballroom door to receive a special validation for a $10 total parking fee. Use that ticket to exit the gate\, paying the balance due at a kiosk machine near the restrooms or at the gate with your credit card.
