Malina Lee of Sweet Grace Bakery is returning to her Kauai home to teach this hands-on class, sharing her Flooding and Transfer-making skills. the techniques taught may be used for a wide variety of cookie decorating themes.

What will be taught
– Cookie tips
– Royal Icing creation and consistencies
– Transfer making
– Outlining and Flooding techniques

Everyone will have the opportunity to pipe meringue and assemble macarons to take home.

Age Requirement: 13 years or older (Youth ages 13-17 must be accompanied by a registered adult)
